Refund policy

All sales are final after delivery.

This store sells digital files. After we deliver your file by email or on the order confirmation page, you cannot return it, and we do not offer change-of-mind refunds.

If the file will not open, is corrupt, or is not the product you paid for, email contact@djstrex.com. We will replace the file or refund that order.

This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
