Beyond the Mix, Dancefloor Gold and the Beyond the Mix + Dancefloor Gold Bundle each include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email contact@djstrex.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your purchase in full. No form and no reason are required. This also applies if you have already downloaded the files. Use your purchase email or include your receipt so we can locate the order.

We process refunds through Shopify to the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on your payment provider. Email the same address for download problems and we will help you access your files.

If a file will not open, is corrupt or is not the product you paid for, contact us so we can replace it or refund the affected order.

This voluntary guarantee does not limit any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws. Consumer-law remedies may apply outside the 30-day period.
